By engaging LaunchGrowth AI's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all services provided by LaunchGrowth AI, including website design, AI chatbot development, automation setup, and ongoing maintenance.
All project deliverables will be clearly defined in a Project Agreement prior to commencement. Work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees. LaunchGrowth AI reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the original scope unless a scope change is formally agreed upon in writing.
LaunchGrowth AI provides an initial custom demo at no charge and with no obligation. The demo is a preview of potential work and does not represent a final deliverable. LaunchGrowth AI retains ownership of all demo assets until a Project Agreement is signed and initial payment is received.
The Launch includes one round of revisions following initial delivery. A round of revisions is a consolidated list of changes submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional rounds are available at $75/hour.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely content, reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines, providing access to necessary accounts, and ensuring content provided does not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
The Launch fee of $1,197 is due upon project approval and before final launch. The Growth Partnership of $259/month is auto-billed 30 days after the launch payment, then monthly on the same date. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly fee.
The Growth Partnership is a month-to-month agreement and may be cancelled at any time. Services remain active through the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation. LaunchGrowth AI may terminate the plan for non-payment or violation of these terms.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final website and its custom content. LaunchGrowth AI retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LaunchGrowth AI will provide estimated timelines, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control may affect timelines. We will communicate proactively about any anticipated delays.
LaunchGrowth AI's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business, or data.
LaunchGrowth AI does not guarantee specific SEO rankings, conversion rates, or business results. Website performance depends on factors including hosting quality, content, and market conditions outside our control.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
